Lucky Herbz is a mail order weed service that is exclusively for Canadian adults of the age to consume cannabis, with a valid postal code.

When are orders shipped?
If we receive your order and payment before our 11am PST, your order will ship that same business day.
If we receive your order and payment after 11am PST, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order and payment are received on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship the following business day.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every Lucky Herbz order is sent with Canada Post 2-3 Day XpressPost, which comes with a tracking number.
Your tracking number becomes available to you via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
What are shipping costs?
Orders over $200 will have FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post 2-3 Day Xpresspost.
Orders less than $200 are subject to a $15 Flat Rate Shipping Fee with no signature, or $17.50 Flat Rate with signature.
Are orders smell proof?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy.
Luck Herbz shipping uses nondescript boxes inside prepaid Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes so there is absolutely no indication or smell of the dankness within.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
We guarantee shipment on your order unless the address is inaccurate/incomplete, or request no signature required.
If it has been 2 business days since the estimated delivery on your tracking information or if your tracking information says “delivered” but you have not received a package, please contact us at [email protected] to start the investigation/order replacement process.
